Fulbright Advises Merger for Largest Aluminum and Zinc Recycler July 22, 2004
Fulbright advised Imco Recycling in its merger with Commonwealth Industries, which should result, upon completion, in Imco shareholders owning 54% of the combined company. Imco's merger with Commonwealth will roughly double the size of the companies in terms of sales and employment. Imco, previously a Commonwealth supplier, is one of the world's largest aluminum and zinc recyclers in the world.
