Fulbright Partner to be Council Member of International Bar’s Energy Section February 16, 2011
 Richard M. Farmer Partner New York Fulbright partner Richard Farmer has been appointed as a council member of the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Section (SEERIL) of the International Bar Association. Farmer's tenure is for a two-year period. SEERIL coordinates activities of environment, health and safety law, international construction projects, mining law, oil and gas law, power law and water law. Farmer is a partner in Fulbright's New York office and has over 30 years of legal experience that encompasses almost every aspect of the energy and infrastructure businesses. In addition to his recent appointment to the SEERIL Council, he was also past Chairman of the Power Law, Electricity Law and Utility Law Committees of the International Bar Association.
