US P3 leadership
We have been a pioneer in the growing field of public-private partnerships in the United States, having served and continuing to serve as counsel on some of the earliest P3s in the U.S. Our pioneering work continues as we advise clients in transactions involving new asset classes in US P3 and extends its work to U.S. states and local governments that are new to the P3 market.
Global P3 experience
We are a leader in global P3. Its lawyers have worked on a range of challenging and high-profile P3s around the world including the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South and Central America and in various emerging markets. This wealth of world wide P3 transaction experience helps make us the firm of choice for participants in US P3 transactions.
In addition, members of our P3 team have provided advice to a number of governments around the world on the terms of their new concessions laws as they seek to develop and implement P3 infrastructure projects for the first time.
Complementary service strength
Our US P3 team is an integral group drawing on the experience of our structured and project finance group, public law group, tax group and private equity and investment funds group.
Structured and project finance
Our structured and project finance group has extensive U.S. and global experience in all aspects of structured and project finance including representation of lenders, sponsors, developers, investors, builders and operators. Among its members are several lawyers who have been named by Project Finance Experts Guide among the World's Leading Project Finance Lawyers and are part of the US P3 team.

Our Public Law lawyers have participated in transactions in all 50 states; in many instances, writing the statutes that underlie modern infrastructure development and finance.
Tax structuring advice
Our tax group has experience in virtually all areas of the U.S. federal income tax laws. Our experience extends to all aspects of structuring entities and transactions in the most tax-efficient manner. Our tax lawyers have worked extensively with the tax issues arising in connection with concession agreements and large infrastructure projects. In addition, our lawyers regularly advise non-U.S. clients on planning and operating investments in the U.S.
