F&J Assists The Right Start in Their Holiday Shopping with Acquisition of FAO Schwarz

Fulbright attorneys helped The Right Start get just what it wanted this holiday season - the acquisition of certain assets of FAO Schwarz in a deal worth $ 55 million.
Lead attorney Victor Hsu, a partner in F&J's Los Angeles office says, "The attention given this deal is disproportionate to its size because of the FAO Schwarz name. It's the grand ole name in toy retail companies."
The Right Start produces and sells upscale child and baby items while FAO Schwarz sells unique toys and popular gifts.
