Fulbright & Jaworski Announces Manager of Attorney Development
March 1, 2004
HOUSTON -- Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. today announced the addition of Amy Sladczyk as Manager of Attorney Development.

Amy Sladczyk serves as manager of attorney development for all of Fulbright's 11 offices. Amy organizes training programs, implements the new attorney orientation programs, and identifies associate concerns relating to development, compensation, quality-of-life/work, mentoring and other employment related issues. She also acts as an "ombudsman" for associates, raising associate-related issues with firm management and, when necessary, acting as a communication link from associates to management. She also addresses any sort of new job, work allocation, or transition from law student to law practitioner issues as new lawyers integrate into Fulbright's firm and culture and larger legal arena in general.

"We are pleased that Amy has joined us in this newly created position, as we focus on training, mentoring and the professional development of our lawyers," said the Firm's Hiring Partner, John Sullivan.

Amy is the former Director of Attorney Development at Baker Botts in Houston. She received her B.A. from The University of Texas in 1994 and her J.D. from The University of Texas in 1997.
