The Civil Appellate Law Section of the Austin Bar Association has elected Fulbright senior associate Sarah Holland to serve as its chair. This section holds CLE programs on appellate topics and provides networking opportunities for lawyers and judges, including biennial events with the Texas Supreme Court and the Third Court of Appeals.
Holland is an intellectual property attorney in Fulbright's Austin office. Her practice includes patent litigation and appeal work.
In addition, Holland serves on the pro bono committee for the Third Court of Appeals and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and Austin Intellectual Property Law Association.
Holland has annually been designated as a Rising Star in intellectual property litigation since 2009.
