Fulbright partner Kevin O'Gorman has been named the Co-Vice Chair of the Review Committee charged with updating and improving the Energy Arbitrators List. For more than eight years, the list has provided free, online access to a searchable database of leading energy arbitrators from around the world.

O'Gorman said that due to the rapid growth of energy exploration, production and distribution, the Energy Arbitrators List, and the work to keep it current, are especially important.

The list is managed by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the newly-reconstituted Review Committee, which includes leading in-house energy and arbitration counsel from around the globe. The committee will continue to add more talent to the list and organize it by specific industry segments so that users can identify arbitrators with relevant knowledge and expertise.

O'Gorman is a partner in Fulbright's Houston office and focuses his practice in Fulbright's arbitration, litigation and international groups. He represents clients in international, energy, commercial, investor-state and construction disputes and serves as arbitrator in domestic and international cases. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York and England and Wales (Solicitor).
