Fulbright Partner Pamela Jones Harbour and Senior Counsel Erika Brown Lee will speak on "Staying Out of Hot Water:  Privacy Violations, Data Security Breaches, Deceptive Financial and Advertising Practices" at the National Bar Association Annual Convention in Las Vegas July 17th.  

The panel will feature current and former senior officials in the Obama Administration and in-house counsel.  The panel will cover:

• The risks of failure to protect customer and/or employee information on all platforms including social media
• Ttypes of mortgage lending practices and advertising of financial services that violate the law; and
• Deceptive internet advertising.
